After meeting with Kyle and explaining what we wanted and our situation and timeline we asked him to bid on the project. He was able to provide a much more competitive price and maintain high quality cabinets and countertops in a much better time frame. We asked for references and he gladly supplied them. We met with another client whose kitchen he had done and were impressed with the workmanship and the glowing recommendation he received from the customer. We made our decision to go with Kyle at Precision Homes and are so glad we did! From the very first meeting he spent time with us and explained everything in detail. His contract quote and pricing was fair and much better than the retail kitchen remodel company without the overhead. He is excellent at communicating and he stands by his word and work. His crew was superb. You knew their schedule and each day they made sure to clean up what they could. They were so professional and polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them around. They made sure to double check everything with us as they went along.
At the same time we were doing the kitchen we were going to have new floors installed. We had already signed a contract before meeting Kyle or would have used him for that job as well. In discussing an issue with the flooring job with him, he made a recommendation to us that in the end disclosed a problem that needed to be addressed before the flooring was installed. The flooring installers verified they would not have recognized the issue or disclosed it to us. So with Kyle and his crew’s knowledge and experience they saved us thousands of dollars and resolved future issues because we could have remediation done now. None of this issue was part of his contract but that’s the kind of professional and caring person he is.
We are going to have him remodel our bathroom after the first of the year.
